Upper body Bowflex routine 2-3x/week. Used to do lots of yoga in college, but sadly, it's dropped from my schedule. -

But the running won't change, not in the near future, because my identity is more rooted in ATHLETE than it is in CRONie - for the time being. in Albuquerque
Guest guest
All I do ashtanga yoga 6 days a week, an hour and a half early in the morning. It's one of the energetic, acrobatic types of yoga. Then I walk to and from work, including going home to lunch. Depending on whether I take the bus or walk, the average daily walk is around 2.5 miles. I aim to keep my caloric intake at 1800 to 1900. On good days that is about 20% caloric restriction. Cheers Arturo Re: formal exercise routines Posted by: " Dowling " christopher.a.dowling@... Sun Dec 10, 2006 8:03 am (PST) Early early AM (earlier than sane!)
