I found that my skin shows a noticeable softening when I take flax oil

but not ground flaxseeds (they are freshly ground, not packaged

pre-ground). I wonder if the absorption is quicker or more complete

when dealing with the oil rather than having to break down all of the

components of the seeds....

Thoughts on this?

One other thing I noticed with the oil is that I can actually smell a

faint flax-y odor from time to time in my skin, so I suppose that's a

big indicator that I am absorbing it!
