Body Fat/Water/Muscle 3. Blood pressure I apoligize if this has been discussed in the forums before, but I'm asking for recommendations from those of you who have been seriously doing this for years. The array of body fat monitors, scales with body fat/water/muscle measurements built in, hand-held body fat monitors, and arm cuff versus wrist blood pressure monitors.
