CR Restriction

I'm planning to take my CR restriction further. At the moment, I'm 6 " 3

and weigh 66 Kgs.

I run 60+ miles a week and 100 in summer.

I have around 1000 calories per day, but fast periodically. I'm never

ill and very fit. Waist size is 26 inch.

I'm planning to cut to 400 calories or lower, which should I do?

Been doing this for a few years, but want to see how far to go safely.

I eat heathly. No meat, but brown bread, rice and salads.
