Guest guest
Where did you ever get the idea that you can cut to 400 cal or less? Have you read Walford? (Reading BT120YD is a MUST READ here). I hope this is a joke. I doubt anyone can live on 400 cal a day. You are barely getting enough nutrients at 1000 cal a day. At 6'3 and about 143 pounds you are severely underweight. This group is about MODERATION. I'm planning to cut to 400 calories or lower, which should I do? Been doing this for a few years, but want to see how far to go safely. I eat heathly. No meat, but brown bread, rice and salads. Guest guest
Hi : According to Nutritiondata.com - a very professionally organized health website - running 10 miles a day, which I assume you do on average, just at a moderate 10 minute mile pace, burns 1293 calories, on its own, forgetting all the other functions your body needs to use calories for. That is 29% more than the total you ***claim*** to be consuming. Their analysis indicates in addition that if you are entirely sedentary the rest of the day, except for your running, you will need a total of ~3700 calories to maintain your weight. So the data you provide make absolutely no sense. Nor do your plans, of course. Rodney. -- In , " paulrunrunpaul " <paulrunrunpaul@...> wrote: > > I'm planning to take my CR restriction further.
