+++Hi Pia,

I don't believe anyone should take them since they are algaes and high in

chlorphyll, with their cells walls intact (fibers, called cellulose) and not

broken down, that our bodies cannot digest. All of the nutrients in carb/plant

foods are inside their cell walls, i.e. locked inside.

Therefore, in order to obtain their nutrients and also make them digestible,

cell walls must be broken down. There are only 2 ways to do that for all

carbs/plant foods:

1) Fermentation, i.e. like sauerkraut is fermented

2) Cooking them long enough

If you consume carbs without breaking down their cells walls your large

intestine is forced to ferment them by creating bacteria and yeast to break them

down. In other words, your large colon has to change into a fermentation

chamber, which is what causes digestive issues, i.e. gas, bloating, irritable

bowel syndrome, Crohn's, etc.

To get healthy you only need " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements) and

nothing else. Of course you would eliminate toxins, damaging foods, etc. too.
