Guest guest
Hello, I have been lurking here a week or so and I have just purchased the 'Beyond the 120-yr diet' from Amazon. I am anxious to recieve it. Little background: I have always tended to be on the overweight side, except in my 20's when I started eating more natural, unprocessed foods: oatmeal, baked potatoes, green beans, watermelon, and canteloupe. Felt great back then and I am anxious to start reading. I am a female, 38 years old, and about 50 lbs from my set point. I gained alot of weight with my twin pregnancy and most days I am too tired too keep up with them. Just wanted to say hello and a quick intro! Thanks! Guest guest
Welcome Jinx. Just one thought. This is not a " weight loss " diet in the traditional sense. It's a new way of life, and a new way of eating. You will no doubt lose weight as a " side effect " of the CRON diet. on 6/13/2006 6:52 AM, jinxikat004 at jinxikat004@... wrote: Hello, I have been lurking here a week or so and I have just purchased the 'Beyond the 120-yr diet' from Amazon. Guest guest
I know, I tend to be more focused on the losing weight issue; however, I am looking forward to changing my lifestyle in regards to healthy eating. I like the idea of getting the most nutrient dense food to let my body thrive. I am really excited for the book to come!!! :-) > > Hello, I have been lurking here a week or so and I have just purchased > the 'Beyond the 120-yr diet' from Amazon.
