Seems to indict sat fat.

{Assumes we actually get an adequate dose EATING the foods, and if we absorb it. My age old question - tell me how much to eat. How much gets to bloodstream, etc.}

"“Among all the cancers we and others have examined, no cancer yet has been found which is not affected by curcumin. This is expected, as inflammation is the mediator for most cancer,” Aggarwal tells WebMD."

{I have no idea how much.}

Fortunately, there is DASH, but it has too much meat, milk for me.
