Guest guest
Yea!!!!!!! All is well!!! YAY!!! Mikey is experiencing growing pains. His rib cage is whats hurting... not his heart. Still don't know why Dr's know how to ask these questions to get the right answers out of kids LOL anyway... when his ribs hurt he gets scared and that's what is causing his heart to race..... being scared. Funny thing is the Dr's 9y/o son is going through the exact same thing right now! So all is well... we're still smoking outside and trying to quit. Figure we ve moved the smoking outside... we better leave it there. And the Dr said there is no reason for me to quit using my EO's and FO's!!! So after I get some knitting help on line (I'm really stuck on something) I'll mess with soap tonight!! Yay and I may not have to cancel an order after all! Thanks for all the well wishes Terri

Guest guest
Ya know, I was wondering about that but didn't want to say anything. After all, I'm no doctor! Both of my daughter's went through something similar. I'm so glad to hear everything's ok and that you can still make that soap! :-) Katy > YAY!!! Mikey is experiencing growing pains. Guest guest
Good morning, Terri, I am so far behind in email....I was behind before, then I was sick this whole week with some stupid thing that keeps making you get fevers....argh... I saw this header and thought I had better go back and read your original message. You must have been so frightened! I am so happy for you that it worked out well! Hurrah! Poor Mikey must have been scared, too...I read back to your other messages...well, all I can say is, if you and Sherm both stop smoking...think of all the money you will have to spend on TOYS!!!! Soap toys, computer toys, car toys..........hehehe! My younger brother had the strangest thing happen a month or two ago...He came home at lunch from work....he was flushed and not feeling well. By later that evening, he was in the hospital in ICU, being monitered for his heart, which was beating at a rate of 48 when he arrived at the ER. He was in the hospital for 3 days, had a heart catherization......what was wrong with him? He had the flu.....The Drs " thought " he was having a heart attack. Oops. And all for a mere $16,000. Guest guest
Glad to hear it Terri. Both my boys experienced growing pains but in their legs. They'd have awful pains, especially my older son, that they could bearly walk and we used to rub them down at night before they went to bed. Nice to have an answer that isn't scary. My dh only smokes outside and has cut down on smoking because of it...I don't think he's had a cigarette since his jaw surgery last week so I hope he's quit this time. Guest guest
I'm glad to hear everything is gonna be ok... Growing pains suck... i used to get them from 6-8 years old... i could barely walk (used to get them in my hips and legs)... It would upset my mom soooo bad to see my in such pain... Try some calcium, magnesium (greens are a good source of these two) and potassium (bannana's are a great source of potassium)... those should help alot... Good luck Sam
Guest guest
Terri, I'm sure you are extremely relieved that Mikey is okay. Thankfully we haven't gone through much of that with Adam other than his legs hurting him a little bit from time to time. The son of a friend of mine woke up almost nightly for a year screaming that his legs hurt and would cry hysterically for about two hours before they'd get him back asleep. It broke his father's heart that he was unable to do anything to relieve the pain. I'm so glad Mikey isn't going through something as painful as that. H.
