I also suffer from, or enjoy low blood pressure, depending upon one's

point of view. I choose to embrace it, as elevated BP is bad for you. I

have learned to not sit/stand up suddenly or do things that cause the

low BP to become symptomatic. I don't notice any vision effects, or at

least any coincidental to my low BP, but your's may be lower than mine

since I was high normal before losing weight.

Since high blood pressure is normally treated by decreasing the amount

of salt in the diet, it could probably be increased by adding salt to

the diet. The following article looks at different aspects of low

I don't think it can work. I live under a lot of stress due to several factors and my blood pressure keeps being very low. In occasions the more stressed, the lower it is.
