Guest guest
: we have a file called " CR Made Easy " . Spells it all out. We also have a file called " food on the run " for those long drives or eating away from home that you mentioned. Easy if you follow some simple rules most of the time. One can always choose from the healthier foods to eat away from home. Fill up on the veggies and salads, skip the white flour and desserts and go easy on red meats. We all have to contend with that and those of us who are long time CRONIES manage it fine. Occasional slips are not important (such as special social occasions). As for morbidly obese people who push food on you, I don't understand why you would pay heed to them. Your sister in law has emotional problems that you can't fix by joining her in her unhealthy ways. Would you be getting drunk if an alcoholic was pushing liquor on you? Perhaps you can even help her, if she lets you. on 5/17/2006 12:54 PM, A Houle at ph18@... wrote: What I'm really interested in is a different question: how do you actually do CR? From a behavioral standpoint, we know it's hard for most people to do.
