Guest guest
Outside of familial genetic difficulties being overcome by being on an ahtletic program, being physically active, working out, etc, hasn't been shown to increase the lifespan of an individual, but primarily to increase the quality of life. That quality level would be individualistic. After some motorcycle crashes, bicycle crashes, and workplace injuries, without working out I would not be very mobile anymore, and would gimp around like someone considerably older than myself. CRON doesn't have this effect on my body, but it does enhance the effects of working out and being active. I don't worry about adding a few years to my life, I just worry about not having to slide out of bed like a snake because of pain. The decent nutrition and working out help this considerably.
