Guest guest
We have covered many subjects in this group, that many others might find too private. However, we all need support with our problems. You could be right about the back problem causing numbness. Do you see a neurologist? They might help. Don't worry about anyone making fun of you. This is a great group of people. Any teasing you see is strictly meant for fun and usually the person sending and receiving know that they can handle the nonsense!! Guest guest
Dear Darkbeing, >lately when I sit up I go totally numb down there and it is bother the shit out of me this has been going on for 3 weeks now OK a couple of questions firstly 1) Is it ever not numb? 2) Is it ever numb and then the feeling comes back with extreme pain? 3) Has it stayed numb since the numbness started? These are important to know as it could be to do with either nerve signals in your spine or brain. Or as you said it could be circulation, although with your history it sounds like nerves to me. I know you said you dont see your Dr for awhile, but if its been numb all the time then you should phone them up and tell them as any body part that is suddenly numb is a very serious concern. So please, to hell with how long you have to wait till you see the Dr, just phone them and tell them its an emergency and demand to see your Dr this week. *gentle hugs* Aisha

Guest guest
We have something called "Call Doc" in California, where a van comes to your house, with a doctor, to make house calls.
