a question and an update

HI

First the question, has anyone not been happy with the school start time and

changed it on the IEP for their child???? like Sara's school starts at 7:15am

this fall and with her being on this new medicine making her a tired child, I

don't see us ever being on time lol Im wondering if I will run into difficulty

with this hmmmmmm set her own time

Update !!!!!! a bit of bad news Sara's puppy Princess Mia passed away last

week. She snuck in our house and got into our garbage. She ate tinfoil in the

trash and died the next day. We had no idea she ate this and were totally

shocked and sadden again. Sara's comment was " I don't want to hear about heaven

anymore " ugggggggggggggg she also said she wants her dog back. Sara's best

friend said to me " what's up with everything dying around you, did you do

something bad " uggggggggggg needless to say Im being very careful (kids say

psycho)

over all that I love ............. not doing any risk taking right now.

Health update ........Sara's hair has been falling out since she was put on

her new medicine. Now those who know Sara know how vain this child is

concerning her hair...... long, blonde, swaying or ponytailed she loves her

hair. My

friend who owns a salon said Kathy we have to cut it or she'll lose it all (it

was down to her rear) soooooooooo after a month of convincing Sara that a hair

cut isn't the worst thing in life, she consented and she now sports a shoulder

length cut with so much bounce. She looks soooooooo much older, like a

teenager ............. everyone loves it and Sara is now swaying her head side

to

side very proud of her new " do " lol we can still ponytail it for the pool and

good news is I have not had a brush full of hair since the cut!!!!!!!!!!!

Life's been OK, Ive put so much on hold for after the 10th when I can be a

bit more my normal self and then the end of May we head to the beach, meeting

all of my siblings and family's. FWB I'll come by and see you again OK

Mother's day weekend my sister is coming (teacher sister) and I'll get her

help for the IEP meeting ......... we also are going to have some fun too, it's

Tater's Birthday party Saturday (Big 4). She hasn't been home since the

funeral so Im making her come back next weekend.
