Guest guest
Alcohol consumption has been repeatedly shown to correlate with better cardioprotection, so one envisions, following the anti-infection advice in this article, a perfectly germ-free but prematurely dead body. Guest guest
In studies of alcohol consumption, low levels have been shown to provide some cardio benefit for those over 50 (if I recall correctly). But of course, most test subjects have BMIs that are too high. Is there any point to alcohol consumption if on CRON, with all its protective benefits? I wonder. Guest guest
There may be life extending benefits to drinking red wine. Rodney has pointed out: " Researchers found fish fed the lower dose of resveratrol lived an average of 33% longer than fish fed their normal diets, while those fed the higher dose of the red wine ingredient lived more than 50% longer.
