x-ray processor maintenance

I am looking for a new company to clean and maintain my x-ray

processor. Now I am using X-ray and can't seem to get them to

keep me in their regular routine. I have to call them every time I

want them to clean my processor rather than them just showing up when

they should for my normal two month cleaning etc. Any suggestions.

For for a new processor company that is.
