Guest guest
Hi folks: It would be nice to have a good idea about the magnitude of the drops in body temperature experienced by people who consider themselves to be 'fully qualified CRON graduates'. I have two reasons: First I would like to know how my body temperature compares with those values; second, I would like to have some data to use as the basis for adding another variable in the list of variables that provide an indication of the degree of success one has in implementing CRON (as I have discussed here previously). It seems three pieces of information are needed. First the temperature (either °C or °F is fine); second, the time of day at which the temperature is taken (6 am? There are fairly large diurnal variations in body temperature, so that time of day would need to be standardized, I think); and third, is it an average of seven consecutive days? Or the lowest temperature recorded in seven days? Or some other manipulation of the available data? If anyone knows of a place this data can be found for a fair number of CRONers, or if they would care to share with me their own data, that would be much appreciated. TYIA. Rodney.
