Guest guest Posted July 1, 2006 Report Share Posted July 1, 2006 I was wondering what you think about my saving up my calories and eating them in one big meal. I find that if I don't eat in the morning or afternoon, my hunger is so minimal. In the evening, I can eat until I'm full (it takes a lot to make me feel full). The other reason I do this is because I find that if I " start the ball in motion " by eating small meals, it only teases me and makes me want to pig out-- almost as if I'm an addict.
