The contractors were gone today and I got my Christmas letter (attached) and all my cards done -- it was bliss! Its been tough for me lately. I went to San Diego for a School Board conference the 28th of November and having lunch with my colleague on Friday only to find out when we returned that his life partner went missing the night before. Our Community is very small and tight knit and these two guys are very well respected so needless to say we have felt upside down. Not to mention when I was gone, my cousin (by marriage) went into surgery for his shoulder and had a massive heart attack and died at the age of 53....
