Guest guest
Listees, I billed Farmers Insurance for manipulation (98940), massage (97124) and interferential current (97014). Farmers reduced my bill denying payment for the massage claiming the massage is part of the manipulation, i.e. massage is not a separately identifiable procedure, that is separate from manipulation. Of course, I have requested a " review " . Anyone else with this problem? I know this has been a problem with the carriers for a long time but I have not seen it recently and thought it might be rectified. Silly me... J. Holzapfel, D.C.
