After my implant almost 4 yrs ago, my cardio told me that my welding days were through. Said I had to be at very minimum 3 ft away from the arc. So I guess that I am going to sell my arc welder and get me an oxy/acet. torch kit and will at least be able to cut and gas weld. Don't know if this helped any or not. Anyway, you might try contactin you website for your device. My medtronic website answers all kinds of questions and even emails you if you can't find it. Not what you wanted to hear I'm sure.
