nne,

Yes, same rules. Try to keep it as close to $10.00 as possible so it's fair

for everyone.

~ is it the same rule as last year's Yankee swap, that the contents of

the box have to be $10 or less? Just checking.

awww Shaye... your poor kitty... poor you... you sound so worried. Take it

easy ... k? ( I know you can't... but try :)

And yes the vet is ALWAYS closed when these things happen. We have an

emergency in Syracuse, but it's like $200.00 just to walk in the door after

6pm. I've never had to go that route, but it's cool that they are there for

those that need it.

I'll be thinking good thoughts for you and your kitty. Let us know how thing

go.

Thanks Terri, Yep I had to do the emergency thing 2x before w/ my other cat.

My friend just spent 400 at the emergency vet last week for her cat. He is

diabetic and had some seasirs (cant spell that to save my life right now).

Well, we are back from the Vet. She mentioned all these possibilities but

is strongly thinking she has a degenerative spine thing because it is just

her hind legs giving her trouble. Much like some German Shepards can get.

They gave her a cortazone shot and gave me some more steroid meds to give

her. I carried her to her food and water and she tried to go to litter box

but almost fell down more stairs (Yikes!) so I caught her and put her in

the box. Now she is sleeping under the staircase. (safer place for her).

She will prolly be there all day and we shall see if the meds make her feel

any better. Hey , think Adam can invent a kitty elevator?

Well, anyways, thats the scoop

Back to house cleaning... we have out of town company this weekend. (More

Yikes) At leat they let us know ahead of time.

Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers!

Hugs,

Shaye

Shaye,

Glad to hear you didn't have some bad news to tell us. Make sure to

spoil the bejeepers out of Sunny and give her a hug and kiss from me.

Not sure Adam can manage a project like that Shaye but if he ever makes

one I'll certainly let you know. Right now he's making plans for his next

project . . . an automatic toilet bowl cleaner. It's kind of like the pool

cleaner that roams around the bottom.

ohhhhhhhhhhh those will make her need the little box MORE! My sisters dog is

put on steroids a lot... he's a floppy eared dog and gets yucky ears all the

time. When she goes to work I have to go over and let him out at least 4

times during the day other wise he messes in the house. You may need to put

a little box near her so she can get at it better and quicker and give her a

water bowl somewhere near too.... cause this will make her very thirsty.

It's good nothing is broken.

Still sending good thoughts your way.
