Guest guest
Walford's " Beyond the 120 Year Diet " is a MUST READ for this group. Also one does not have to pay a cent for it or any other of his books. They're available free in the public library. I've been thinking about the complaint from a couple of newbies about the esoteric posts and I have to agree - even I don't understand a lot of them. Sooooo here' swhat I propose to all - if you're going to post something that is complex or difficult to graspo, please summarize it in one or two sentences at the start of your post. If you can't do that, please don't post it!! And no " editorializing " and putting in your own opinions - unless you clearly state that it is your opinion only ( be forewarned that is a reason many posts don't make it to the board). This will be added to the administrative file which is auto sent to the group once every two weeks, unless anyone has a good reason that we shouldn't. So speak now or forever hold your .02. Thanks to all. on 1/4/2006 3:29 PM, jwwright at jwwright@... wrote: Start with Watford's books. They're not expensive. And Walford's book too.
