Loose lead?

Hello, Could you tell if a lead became loose and could you feel it?

I just felt a little lump around my ICD it looks like this (

around the edge of my ICD.

I don't recall it being there earlier.

I'm really concerned.

If it is a lead should I go to the ER?

Hi there Bella;

My last ICD was subpect. A corner of the ICD had worked it's way out from under the muscle and I could feel a bump where the leads entered into the ICD. It was just that -- NO loose wires. I want to put your mind at ease, however, if you are concerned, you should have your Doc check it out.

I would call the Doc. Unless you physically feel badly and feel the ER is where you should be.
