We are adding/remodeling our house ourselves, and the building inspector that comes around to check up on us is a really great guy. He always stays and chats, talks to the kids, etc. Well, had made fudge for Christmas, and when he was leaving the other day, she gave him some. This apparently later sparked a discussion with his wife, at which time they figured out that she was 's OT! He calls me the next morning to tell me this news, and thought that I would appreciate this....... when his wife started working with , although " they " warned her of 's major stubborn streak...... it was 's mother that they REALLY warned her about....... said she was " really tough " . I cracked up...... I had always wondered what they said about me :-) Guess I'm doing my job well, if my reputation proceeds me. Funny thing was, she thinks I am really nice.... couldn't believe that the others thought otherwise........ I told him that his wife was the only one who clearly saw 's potential, and wrote appropriate goals without me having to do/say anything, so of course I was nice :-) Anyway, it was a funny phone call, and if " really tough " is the worst they say, I can certainly live with that :-) , " really tough " mom to (8), (almost 6, DS), and (4) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
