uh oh. Whenever we see a new " wonder " food or nutrient, it's time to wonder if it's all too good to be true..........

Hi Francesca:

You are right. We need to see some lifespan studies in fruit flies

and mice taking resveratrol to see if they produce results similar to

those found in the fish study.

In the meantime I will continue to drink cold climate pinot noir from

time to time, so that if it is the resveratrol that is a significant

source of the health benefits of wine, I will not be missing out.
