I've been tinkering with my daily caloric intake, and I'm wondering if there is a more scientific way to calculate my "ideal" caloric intake for CRONING purposes.

Ideas and suggestions would be much appreciated!

Thank you everyone.

There's mathematical formulas, but you could try it

this way: Get your minimum daily carbohydrates for

your brain (110 grams), get your daily protein

requirement for your organs and muscles (0.65

grams/lb) and get your daily EFA's (2:1 Omega-6 to

Omega-3) and then get at least the RDA's by eating

nutritionally-dense food. Assuming no intentionally

planned exercise, your consumption should naturally be

around 1500 calories over time -- a few hundred more

if you're carrying a lot of fat or muscle. The more

nutrition you take in, the less you'll feel the need

to eat.
