This is far from news and has been discussed here before. I would also

recommend reading the Kime book regarding benefits of moderate exposure

to sunlight.

They may be rolling, but I think they missed one point and that is that it's the UV I got as a kid, not the UV I get today, that is the problem. If I have lived to 70+, it may be a problem, like the risk factor is age, while the risk factor of not enough sun is worse.

But so far, I have not the sensitivity claimed for white folks. I think there may be diff white folks, like those with ruddy (reddish) complexions. I worked with a guy who had his ears removed. That didn't stop him from sailing.

I'm looking for a sun lamp, myself as an experiment in vit D, I just don't want to pay 250$. Reason is, in an experiment, I can control the amount I get rather than the unknown form the sun.

Im gonna quit wearing a cap, see if I can grow hair (ha).

Thanks for the info, I've been told they don't carry sun-lamps anymore because people fall asleep under them.
