Lipid (or other blood lab) ranges in CRON

Has anyone postulated healthy lipid (or other blood lab) ranges for

the CRON community? I just got my blood lab results, and they render

the normal ranges meaningless to me, because I'm so far under (or

above) them. What's the point of such WIDE ranges? I wonder instead

how I'm doing with respect to the CRON community.

Also I wonder if anyone has a theory about why my potassium is way

low (at 3.4) despite a heavily nutrient-dense vegetable intake.

Perhaps my using more salt than usual in the few weeks before the

tests?

Current data:

Age 48

female

BMI 23

TC 152

HDL 73

LDL 67

Triglycerides 61

ratio TC/HDL 2.08

glucose 75

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
