Guest guest
Hi Yesterday had an arthritis appointment and met his new arthritis doctor, Dr. Lasky. He and hit it off pretty good. The arthritis is a little worse than it has been in recent visits but not too severe. They will do X Rays next visit to see if there is damage to the bone, cartiliage, etc. after six years of fighting it. After the doctor visit, we drove to Gardens, 20 miles east of Kansas City, to see their Christmas display. They had a beautiful exhibit of plants, flowers, trees and decorations from all over the world including a Biblical weeping fig tree and poinsettias of every color imaginable. We took lots of pictures and had lunch in their little cafe, The Thyme Cafe where they serve sweet potato French fries and other natural stuff, along with reg. food. If you're ever in the KC Area, Gardens is worth a visit. Exhibits are constantly changing. In the spring they plan a Big Bug Exhibit aimed at children. Dad to , Kristi, (all three Down syndrome) and (Cri du chat) Husband to C. in Mo.
