Guest guest Posted February 24, 2006 Report Share Posted February 24, 2006 More than one post here has suggested that the benefits of CRON are realized not so much as by the quality of food one eats, but how little of it -- whatever " it " might be -- that one consumes. To my mind, regular preparation of these Weight Watchers, circa 1974, recipes would guarantee effortless achievement of beneficial CRON levels, and beyond -- or even a permanent fast.
