Yeah bet he did a IG reading. Its a common test that they do to see how the immune system is working. Many who are obsessed with CFS do IG readings alot (from my own observations lol). It doesnt really tell you whats going on as its not a very specific test like for example ANA etc. And as I said, over active immune is what an auto-immune disease is so its kinda like "well duh?!" of couse it will be up. Wont give you any specific answers though.

I told you that from your blood test results last time! LMAO.... This is a metabolic problem. He should be doing biochem tests etc to find out WHY your body is not using the b12. It can be pernicious aneamia, and it can go with SLE, and with 500 million things. But it is a definate sign that something in you is not working right. And its a pointer for him. He should be using this info to find out WHY and help you now!!!

Why is he waiting till January for tests? Thats just stupid!! He has evidence in his hands of what to do next, you could have had tests while you were there. *UGH*

Good - and then take them with you to my immunologist who no doubt would be running 500 more tests the same day (he is a pathologist also) and the pathology collection centres are in the same building he works from. Makes it easier for you.

Am glad he realised that you were not depressed and that he is going to slap your GP. *hurray* About fucking time!

Well it all well and good for him to tell you that there is "alot wrong" that it is "auto immune" (well duh) and FM?? Hmmmmmmm...

The thing that gets me, is that if he knows there is alot wrong, and that its auto immune etc - why the fuck is he not doing anything about it?

He could be running more specific tests based on the results he has now, treating you for symtpoms etc .. See you in January is just ridiculous? What are you supposed to do till then? Just be sick?

Sorry but that attitude just sucks in my opinion.

If the Allergren is the nose spray I think its a type of steroid? Am not sure...

Will send in separate email... its basically another inflammation marker, but much more specific. And is related to Neuro stuff which alot of your symptoms sound like (eg seizures, eye probs no one can pin down, etc etc).

LMAO well tell them when you make the appt that its for all three of you. So make it triple as long... lol... but since you already have scans and blood work done it will make his life easier...

Personally I'd be slapping Dwyer, you are not getting any answers you didn't already know about, although its good that at least he acknowledges you are ill.
