Hi folks:

And just to add to Francesca's post .......... there is also a

database section (click on link in the top left of your screen) in

which ALL members are urged to share their data. One table is for

BMI, BF%, WC/H and Waist/Hip ............ .

There is another table devoted to a simple walking fitness test.

Time yourself WALKING over a measured mile, and take your pulse at

the end. Very easy.

It would greatly help if more of the members here would contribute

their data so that we can get a much better idea of what can possibly

be achieved by people on, or transitioning to, CRON. Of the

thousands of members here only 23 have entered their data in

the 'weight' table. And only ***TWO*** to the fitness table.

If anyone can think of a good reason why people should reasonably not

want to participate in the database tables, I would be pleased to

hear what it is - offlist if you want.
