I would categorize this as the lower end of intermediate, but then again I'm slow with tricky choreography. Nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend this one for beginners. It moves at a fast pace and I found myself scrambling to keep up. Basically you learn three long combos, then string all 3 long combos together. I was able to get most of it, but look forward to doing this one 2 or 3 more times so that I can be " fluent " at it and get all the fast changing footwork in and throw in my own cardio salsa flair! The moves are mostly typcial floor aerobics moves with mambos, cha cha chas, box steps, kicks and jumps, etc. Overall, I like this one! And there is a bonus 30 minute pilates workout at the end, but I didn't have time to do it and already did some pilates this evening.
