Guest guest
a part in the floor is a little disintergrated from a leaking pipe. i have the wood for it. all i have to do is rip up that part of the floor and lay down the plywood and nail it into place. its a very simple job just takes a lot of arm strength to lift the wood. i am not sure if its legal for me to fix it so i just keep reminding his wife. he was pretty upset that i even bought the wood but it was only $40 and it pretty much does the whole room. besides i lived in a house with mold before i don't want something like that to happen again.
