Guest guest Posted March 8, 2006 Report Share Posted March 8, 2006 I'm using the free online nutrition tracker at sparkpeople.com, and I really like it because it motivates me to try to get all my nutrients from food, and I can program in my favorite foods with all the nutrient info from the labels. But what I need help with is figuring out what I need to eat at the end of the day when I find I'm below daily value in a few items. Does anyone know of a program I can use to say, for example, that I need D, E, pantothenic acid, and selenium, and have it tell me to eat salmon, some sunflower seeds, and a couple of brazil nuts?
