Guest guest
well happy anniversary to you guys.we are pushing 7 years here in june. well i am sure you got the first run down of different exercises cathes uses.(ex. the corkscrew). some of the moves were basic cathe stuff but she added some new stuff that she normally doesn't have i her videos but i was familiar with most of them. its quite challenging even for the seasoned exercisers like us. the only thing i didn't like was that she told you the modification for the corkscrew after the exercise was already completed.some of her oblique moves reminded me a lot of side crunches billy blanks uses in his orgininal series. i am recording the next segment tonight and this one is suppose to have use of the ball so this oughta be fun. kassia

Guest guest
LOL......we both have really good well paying jobs (and it's not like I don't pay my own way around here...smile). We don't have many expenses (except for my daughter's school) so I can get away with it not and then as long as I don't push it too much and he's been in a generous mood lately. Hmmm......I may be pushing it since I didn't receive my Tae Bo Boot camp DVDs yet.
