Guest guest
Hi laura, I hope you like Defy Gravity - there are some editing issues in it - so beware!! the outdoor setting is nice, and the band toning is different (but I thought 10 min for each part was a little short for my tastes, but you can always add more toning on or repeat the sections...) The diet booklet is very interesting and is based on Debra Waterhouse's books - Outsmarting the Female/Mid-Life fat cell. I'd like to get a copy of some of her books, keep meaning to check it out at the library, but haven't made it there yet! Hope your neck is better!
