Guest guest Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 i have a question, i have asked this on other groups and forums but cant get a answer. i dont know if anyone here can help,ive tried to google search it but i guess im not wording it right. so here goes. im on my way on losing wt.im 242 im a big boned gal so i cannot get skinny,im a curvy girl,big busted and big in hips. im 5'4i carry my weight in my belly,now i know i hafta clean up my eating,i know this. i do not want to be thin,i have the following systems, all of the firms/fitprimes,tlp's ta-bo/kathy smith/ windsors stotts,belly dancing. yea im spoiled and a true vidiot! i cant afford a gym membership, i have the stabilty ball,barbell,dumbells incline bench,the fanny lifter which is posed to replicate the leg press. ok have saying that i dont want the skinneier bodybuilder type either. im into the barbarian type physic sp? they are biiger with muscles my legs are big just need toning. i worked out long time ago in my 20's bike riding and some some lifting, and i want that body back.my legs were big but musclular and my tummy was in good shape not muscular but i didnt work on it you know. my upper body was ok i was still big in the chest but i didnt lift to make a difference, i know cardio will melt the fat of f and a cleaner diet. but im 44 now i cant ride my bike 15 miles a day like i used to. dont know how to rotate my vids to produce the muscles and be a omg! i like being thick,i hope im explaining this right. sorta like a warrior type woman, how do i keep the thickness ,lose wt. and not get skinny,stringy? this is one of my fav. tags its from the playstation prince of persia warrior within. of course he is male but hopefully you can get a idea. if noone knows where can i ask this question? should i do more sculpts,lift heavier ,more protien? can anyone help? thanks in advance!
