Wow, thanks My body must have been throwing off toxins like crazy then as now I'm running a fever and having stomach cramps.....hopefully it'll go away I just had some crackers and sipped on water all day. Not sure why I got sick otherwise as no strange foods or anything (must have been that Mcs, I felt guilty about eating it LOL) Rsegrwr/Faith

Then I'd be throwing up LOL I absolutely hate bananas, something about them just has always made my stomach turn. I think they are gone today, although I still have the fever....so not sure what's going on but I'm going to try to do 30 minutes of something anyway. I've tried and tried to eat banana's all my life just because I know they are good for you and they do look good in a pudding or on a peanut butter sandwich but I just can't stomach them. I'm okay for now....no running to the bathroom, just wished I'd shake the fever. Weird to have a fever and not really have anything wrong with you. (plus I've been watching too much of that show House, and so now I think I have all these mysterious diseases LOL) Rsegrwr/Faith

I had a doctor tell me that when my son was a baby and it breaks his fever every time!Hope you get to feeling better!Tonya That's the main vein, so the ice pack would catch all the blood running through the body and cool it down. Makes sense....as I'm not one to take meds unless it's above 100 and today it's only been 99.8 all day, so not nearly as bad as yesterday at 101. I'll try it Thanks Rsegrwr/Faith
Guest guest
You know it's wierd, this works for stopping most people up, but for me it is just the opposite. If I get constipated, I eat a banana and generally within 2-4 hours I'm in the bathroom. Considering all the things they tried (laxitives, that gallon of Go Lightly, etc.) when I went to the doctors office and none of them worked for me, I was shocked with being able to get regular again with bananas. I guess my system is backwards from most people. My mom always said I was Bassackwards!
