Hey, does your husband like rooh afzah? When I sent the link for the cantaloupe shake, I noticed that the "curry girls" also had a link to a faloodah demonstration. I don't like rose but actually like rooh afzah faloodahs although my favorite is saffron. I keep a bottle of rooh afzah in the kitchen.

LOL

"Rooh afza" is a syrup blended with a lot of flowers and herbs--it's very popular among Indians and Pakistanis. It's very available here in NYC.
