Guest guest Posted March 20, 2005 Report Share Posted March 20, 2005 Faith, I get up at 4:30 most weekday mornings to workout before work. If you ever need a pep talk to keep this up, holler at me. I usually do strength based workouts in the morning and cardio workouts in the evening, though on the weekends it's the exact opposite because I teach cardio classes at the gym weekend mornings so I do strength and/or restorative formats weekend evenings. There's nothing like going to work and starting the day out STRONG, awake, and ready. Instead of dreading gettingout of bed to go to work you get to get up to " play " first. Also, if you are going out with friends in the evening you can get your workout out of the way early. Bravo to you for making the commitment to resume exercising! It seems to take a month or two before it becomes a habit, so hang in there and use us for support if need be!
