Guest guest
hey, i know that this is really really early, but i have my mothers day gift all picked out for this year! usually i dont receive anything, so this year im taking the matters into my own hands...LOL. this morning i asked if my husband and kids could give me a nice little MP3 player...heheh. you see, this spring, i want to start incorporating some outdoor walking into my workout schedule. to go with the player, i have ordered kathy smith's walkfit system on cd, along with another cd of workout/walking music. this is what collagevideo says about KS walkfit: Six different 30-minute programs let you vary/alternate/intermix intensity, length and activity in your workout (for maximum effectivness and minumum boredom). The first 113-132 beats-per-minute program provides an easy pace and lots of walking tips. By program six you'll be doing aerobic/anaerobic intervals at up to 160 bpm. Varied, high-energy all-instrumental music. im also going to order two more cd's from amazon to listen to before sleeping at night... " your present: a half hour of peace " by susie mantell (guided relaxation) and " slim naturally: advanced weight loss system " by kelly howell (visualization techniques.. maybe some subliminal messages? 60 min). all of this stuff is my reward for sticking to my workout/food/water plan and for losing 30.5 pounds! i weigh in tomorrow, but at last weeks weigh-in i was 4 pounds away from my weight goal. also im not quite into the jeans that i was aiming for -- so i have a bit more work to do, but have march and april to get it done in!! i really need some extra motivation to stay on top of everything, especially with food, so this is it! :*carolyn. -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
