Guest guest
Carolyn, someone who works out as much as you do should get a massage they say once a month. Now I'm lucky if I get one or two a year, but it is so worth it! I go to a college near me and it's only $20. You might want to see if there's something like that near you! Massages aren't always " relaxing " while they are happening. The masseuse finds places where you hold tension, which for me and many is in the shoulders, neck, trapezius, and rhomboids areas. They massage the knots out, which can be stubborn little buggers, and painful to loosen up. When all is said and done though, you do feel better. When I was in Indonesia the massages were done totally naked and the women would do your WHOLE body, breasts, butt, everything (not the crotch though)! It was cheap too. I had a full body massage, my hair cut and colored, eyebrows plucked and pedicure ALL for $30 American dollars, which included a generous tip. I believe an average massage here is anywhere from $50-$70 an hour, which is why I go to the college...
