It is a fast paced sport and it sounds like it's your strongest link to fitness! Mine is cardio kickboxing. My Sweetie and I did Body Pump. In spite of the mediocre instructor, I had a blast and as usual, was emotional upon leaving the GX room. My guest pass lasts until the 21st, so I'm hoping the BF (to use Donna's acronym system! :-) will want to go on Tues and Thurs until then, as he is an AVID water volleyball player. So as revenge for making him take Body Pump with me, he made me get in the pool with him to do some water volleyball while swimmers were in the other lanes. Okay so that was really humiliating, but fun! I don't think they'll be asking me to be on the team anytime soon! Anyway, he was VERY good about going to class and I think he actually liked it. He exclaimed, " My legs and arms feel like spaghetti!! " I assured him that my muscles were shaking too and that i will also be sore tomorrow. I explained that it's good to change things up from time to time and that your body responds to this. In short - it has always been a romantic fantasy of mine to work out with an SO and it finally happened and I loved it. he was openly affectionate with me in class and I felt loved overall.
