Guest guest Posted March 9, 2005 Report Share Posted March 9, 2005 Well, instead of my normal routine of FitTV that I usually do on Mondays since I don't go in to work until 1pm, I went to the gym where I use to work and took a friends Hatha Yoga class. I didn't realize that I still have a year on my membership there, so I'll probably go do that class on Mondays for a while to get the benefits of membership that I paid for. I can't get in trouble at my new gym for using a membership I had purchased before going to work for them, so YEA, I found a loophole I can use to still get some gym workouts. The class was really good too, so I'll definitely want to do it again. My food intake was pretty good too. Calories--2100 (not quite enough for me, but close), Carbs--384g--75% (only slightly high), Protein-- 81g--15% (here is where I'm lacking), Fat--24.5g--10% (Yeah, I hit my target there!).
