Successful ablation/Coreg side effects?

Hello all,

Just wanted to drop by and let everyone know my ablation last week went very

well,

according to my EP. It was an interesting experience, due to the fact that the

EP wanted

me awake as long as possible, because sedation would suppress the extra beats

that were

causing my VTs. So I was awake for at least 3 ablation sites that I can

remember! Feeling

OK so far, I think I can feel that my heartbeat is more steady, thought it could

be wishful

thinking!

Anyway, he also upped my Coreg to 25mg 2x a day, and Linsinopril to 5mg once a

day.

Not having as many side effects as the increase from 6.25mg to 12.5mg, but

wanted to

ask if anyone has experienced coughing that produces large amounts of phlegm?

It feels

like my throat is closing up, then I go into a short coughing fit, cough stuff

up, then I'm

OK for a while. No fever and my breathing seems OK. Don't worry, I will also

go to my

PCM to get checked out for normal sickness. I just wanted to ask if anyone else

here had

experienced this after starting or increasing Coreg/Linsinopril?
