I get bored with all the squats in the beginning, but they do feel effective...wish I had more time this morning 'cause I would have picked out my own music, but I was running late and had tolisten to bland Slim Series tunes...) And Body Wisdom Yoga Complete for Everyone - My Aching Neck routine (minus a few parts - like Sun Salutations that i had to skip through to save time...) I liked this one though and say some moves that I hadn't seen before on video. I'll try to explain more later...but right now I'm running late. Take care!
