If you hit delete my feelings won't be hurt in the slightest! :-) Sunday Taught Turbo Kick (Best of Vol. 1) Monday 20 flights of stairs at work Crunch: Candlelight Yoga The Firm: Ab Sculpt Tuesday Yoga for Weight Loss Day 5 of The Firm: 5 Day Abs Alan : biceps and triceps Trainers’ Edge: Cardio Interval Training with Petra Kolber Wednesday Bellydance with Rania: 5 Quickies 20 flights of stairs Thursday 20 flights of stairs Taught Turbo Kick (Best of Vol. 1) Friday Discover T’ai Chi for Beginners w/ Cole Day 1 of The Firm’s 5 Day Abs : Power Step Training : Maximum Abs : Stretch and Tone Saturday (tomorrow) Teach Turbo Kick (Best of Vol. 1) Teach Aerobics 101 Thank goodness the weekend is here! It was a very stressful week for me at work and my face has broken out a tad as a result. Working out has been my SAVIOR this week. Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!
