For some reason I thought this was going to be easy, but it was just the right level of challenging. Another thumbs up for ! She shows a series of 5 or 6 abdominal exercises, and shows various options with her 4 participants. The exercises are nothing new, but they are done in a slow and controlled fashion, making them more effective. I sure felt it afterwards! I've been trying to do abs of some sort every day this week, as I can pinch a few inches and want to look as good as I can in case they decide to fly me to Hollywood to be on the Turbo Jam infomercial for Beach Body. They sent me a release form to fax back to them today.. I'll keep ya posted! Cross your fingers for me! Anyway, coaches proper form and throws in workout tips and words of inspiration throughout.
